For international transactions, payments may be processed and collected through our affiliated Hong Kong payment entity, Hong Kong YOKI Tech Limited.

  • Intended use

We may request additional documents, images, or technical information before accepting a custom order.

Production will begin only after specifications, pricing, and order details have been confirmed.

Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be accepted.

Custom-made products are generally not eligible for return unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect or quality issue.

International Payment Processing

The name Hong Kong YOKI Tech Limited may appear on payment pages, bank transfer instructions, transaction records, payment confirmations, bank statements, or refund records.

The use of Hong Kong YOKI Tech Limited for payment processing does not change the product fulfillment, warranty, after-sales service, or customer support provided by the Alvin’s Cables business.

Approved refunds will generally be returned through the original payment method.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, holidays, weather, incorrect address information, or other circumstances beyond our control.
